Basskarte is probably from the french word “Basses Côtes” which could be translated as “Low Ribs”

“Basskarte”, the “bass” refers to a common name of many fish species, and the “karte” may refers to Malaysian’s Kart Food industries, specialized in frozen food and export to many countries. So together, it may means frozen fish, or frozen bass.
“Dosmarche”, not sure about “Dos”, but “marche” may refers to the Le Marche restaurant in Italy.
Maybe Oda stumbled upon them in supermarket or online.
