Sorry for the delay! I’ve been extremely sick recently because of post-finals tireness, it’s been really though. Because of this progress on the True History has also slowed down a bit, so it may take a few more weeks. However, the prologue to the True History, Gol D. Roger’s Biography, should be out very soon.

If I may delve into crackpot theories for a moment. DOFLAMINGO FOR 12TH NAKAMA CONFIRMED!11!!1!!! (jk)
Also, though it’s just an estimation, based on some inconclusive data. It would seem to me that the Germa Nation is layed upon aprox. 80 Snails. This is because it would appear the full width is about 12 snails, assuming Castle Vinsmoke is centered. And the apparent depth I could infer by cross-referencing the buildings seen on the overhead view with their position and depth on the frontal shot makes me believe it’s about 6 snails deep. Both of those numbers seem rather fitting, and in accordance with Oda’s usual shenanigans. This is counting the 3 snails that seem to be missing on the left side of the front shot, for symmetry’s sake. and of course, not taking into account any other unusal outcroppings from the base rectangle shape. So, yeah. That’s what I have to offer. 🙂

Once again, I was just poking fun at all the people that say that Oda foreshadows future events in the manga with it’s mysterious symbolisms. For example, Zoro was sitting on a grave with 900 on it in a color spread, so some people speculated that Zoro would die by Chapter 900 😛
A perfect joke like this would be the one Terris (the comment above yours) suggested “Doflamingo for 12th Nakama Confirmed!!!!”
